Currently, 100th Day FREEBIE, Presidents and TIME FLIES

Thank you Farley....
First of all, I love Farley's Currently. It is such a fun way to bring us all together. :-)

LISTENING: Not really into football, but those commercials crack me up! I heard they paid 4 million dollars for a 30 second spot! 4 million people!!! Could that be the answer to our National debt?

LOVING: The weather here was fabulous today. A great day to be outside - not at the grocery store like I was - with all of the people getting last minute things for Super Bowl parties... WHAT was I thinking?!?!

THINKING & WANTING: I don't mind doing laundry. I LOATHE putting it away! Am I right?

NEEDING: The treadmill is calling my name and telling me to get off my blogger rear!

PET PEEVE: This happens everywhere - but it is really unfortunate in the workplace. It can make a long day even longer. All the negativity just makes things tougher on everyone. Sometimes I want to break into song... "Don't Worry. Be Happy."

Head over to Farley's and check out all the other Currentlys.

Thursday is our 100th day of school. The little ones are excited. Some of the upper grade teachers say their kids don't like to do anything on these "spirit" days. I guess it isn't easy being cool when you look like you're 100. I don't know.

Anyhoo, my kids will be working on this little diddy this week. It's a FREEBIE, so grab yourself a copy. I know most of you have already had your 100th day - but you can always save it for next year. OH... and when you head over to my store, PLEASE follow me there! I greatly appreciate it.

During word work the kids will be working on this fun unit throughout the month.

I LOVE the activities in this unit. It's cute and the kids have so much fun. It allows them opportunity to practice on all sorts of things.

Last, we are working on the Lincoln elements in this pack...

It has all kinds of fun stuff in it. We'll be working on the Lincoln parts this week.

Next week we will do the George Washington parts of the pack and work on some more of the other elements.

See this little first grade girl....

She is now this young lady...
That's my gorgeous and wonderful grown up daughter. Time flies people. Time flies!

Visit my store to check out these fun activities.

Does your whole school participate in 100th day activities or just the little ones? I'm wondering if it's fair to ask the whole school to participate.

Have a fabulous week peeps!

  1. Hi Tracy! Thanks for the 100th day writing freebie. Our 100th day is this Friday so this is perfect timing for me! I want to check out your presidents activities too. What a beautiful picture of your daughter too! It is amazing how fast time goes by. Have a great week!

  3. hehe...I wrote about laundry in my Currently too. :)

  4. Our 100th day is this Thursday too. We are gearing up for it. Thanks for the freebie. Our schools big kids don't do as much fun 100th day "stuff" as our younger ones. I bet they could do some neat things.
